Delivery & Shipping Costs

We deliver with UPS and DHL. Both parcel services collect the shipments from us several times a day.

Shipping ElliptiGO-Bikes:
ElliptiGO-Bikes are delivered free of charge within Germany (excluding islands) and Austria.

Shipping Costs for Accessories (equipment, spare parts, tools, Kinetic products, and merchandise):
For delivery and packaging within Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee of €4.90 per order.

Shipping to other countries is as follows:
Within the EU: €9.80

Switzerland: €18.90 per order. Customs duties and fees may apply
United Kingdom (UK): €18.90 per order. Customs duties and fees may apply

For shipments to Switzerland or the United Kingdom, German VAT is not charged. Deliveries are made in accordance with Incoterms 2010: DAP (Delivered at Place). This means the goods are delivered to the destination address uncleared and unpaid for import duties and taxes. Any import charges (including VAT, customs duties, and customs clearance fees) are the responsibility of the buyer and will be charged directly by the customs carrier or freight forwarder.
